Artifact: XP Vision

Defines the stakeholder's view of the product to be developed, specified in terms of the stakeholder's key needs and features.

Purpose

The XP Vision consists of very high-level requirements. It communicates to the team a common understanding of the project and is a gauge against which all future decisions should be validated. It will guide the team during the development cycle.
